  Made the mistake of stopping there for breakfast a few days ago. I was the only car in the drive through, they took my order and money and I was told to pull ahead and wait at the door because the "bacon would be done in three minutes". 15 minutes later I had to call the restaurant from my car as the food hadn't been delivered yet. The lady said the "bacon took longer than expected" and suddenly the food was ready. I see now they don't open until 10am and skip breakfast entirely. Probably smart

  Once in a lifetime drive-thru experience. A pre-recorded robot asked me if I wanted a combo with a Dave's Craft Lemonade, and then when I said no I ended up waiting for 5 minutes for a human before giving up. As I drove past I noticed that only one employee appeared to be on shift and they looked to be having a nervous breakdown in the lobby. Used to really like this Wendy's but whoever's running it either can't keep staff or can't manage their shifts well so the last four times I've went it's been really bad in a unique way. Not going to roll the dice and see what surprise I'd find if I tried again, will be avoiding this Wendy's like the plague going forward.

  I pick my partner up from work between 10:30-12AM. There’s not a lot of food options around this time . We’ve tried Wendy’s multiple times and it’s always a mess. Sometimes it the fountain machine doesn’t work. Sometimes they don’t have a certain food item. Sometimes the fryers don’t work. I’m always waiting more than 15 minutes and that’s being generous . Multiple times I’ve seen the employees standing around, eating food, they’ll have me pull forward surely not to run up their drive thru time & when they bring food out they’ll lock themselves out the store (that’s happen at least three times) the staff is not customer friendly.

  Placed a mobile order. What appeared to be a manager handed me a receipt and said to pull forward because they were waiting on my nuggets. 10minutes go by and a man comes out and asks me if im waiting on something. I show him a receipt and I waited a total of 21 minutes for small order. Worst experience yet at any wendys.

  Walked in yesterday 1/17. It was as cold inside as it was outside. No lights were on and it was 4pm on a Saturday. It was a really weird experience. I have never in my life been in a restaurant that was that cold and unwelcoming. Went thru the drive thru instead and got food for my son and then went down the road to eat inside Freddy’s. Feels like they did it on purpose so no one would eat inside.
