- JKJason KellyJan 3, 20261.0Just got home and opened the bag and there were bags on the side of cheese which I ordered. That was fine because I ordered ten hot dogs with regular cheese on the side. I do not want chili on the hot dogs these are for 5 kids. When the kid's bit into them they said they were hot. I called and talked to the manager And she told me that the girl that served me said, I asked for Habanero cheese, I never said the word habanero, that never even came out of my mouth.I didn't even know they had that. So I asked, can I get 10 hot dogs it's not like I ordered fifty. The cheese already went on the hot.Dogs and you know what she told me to bring the cheese back!??! Are you kidding me the cheese are you that hard up you can't give me 10 hot dogs?? Wow BAD management.That sounds like she doesn't know what she's doing.And I will be contacting corporate on her. I own a business.And I understand the importance of having a strong manager that knows what they are doing.And obviously she has no idea. I will never be back and I'll make sure others hear!!

The staff was super nice, really seemed to enjoy working there. Not to mention, the very handsome fellas behind the counter!!!! 😆😆
- CJCarlos JDec 13, 20253.0Visiting from Texas, the chili wasn't what I was used to. It was acceptable, just different. The Coney dogs I received weren't really hot, and the grated cheese wasn't melted on them. The service, on the other hand, was very good - Fast, efficient, and friendly.
