    I specifically ordered a large matcha latte with less ice and less foam, yet what I received had a thick layer of foam and wasn’t even filled properly to the top. When a customer requests less ice, the drink should be compensated with more milk — not replaced with foam. This is unacceptable, especially when paying for a large size. Customizations are requested for a reason, and they should be followed accurately. Very disappointing experience.
