I needed To be serviced due to my refresher tasting only like green tea when I purchased a dragonfruit refresher with green tea. No smiling or greetings when I came in and they saw I had my drink in my hand waiting to be assisted. The bacon was very chewy as well.

I was informed that I might have to wait longer for my food because they were understaffed and trying to figure out how to make it. The girls were super nice and the service was great and really fast. Faster than some other locations I’ve been to. I think one of the girls’s name was Kayla. I saw them move around and take orders and you could tell they were all doing their best and they had great attitudes. They seriously deserve a raise.

The Butternut Pecan Latte she recommended hit the spot, and her positive energy made my day. If every customer had a Brittany, Dunkin’ would never have a bad review. Give this woman her flowers she’s the reason I’ll be back!
