    This chipotle is easily the worst location I’ve ever been to. I live here in englewood and will never be returning. It has to have some of the most unmotivated unprofessional staff I’ve ever seen in my entire life. They will stand there and stare at you in the face while one person very slowly makes food zero urgency every experience I’ve had at this location has been horrible. In fact, I actually took a year away Eating at this location and today, I decided to turn my mistake will not be returning again

    The cashier sucked and didn’t make eye contact was rude about me paying with a gift card and I think there was a little bit of racism mixed in there too. I’m pretty sure her name was Tiffany and I’m on the phone with corporate as I’m writing this. We all have to work sweetheart.

    Very dissatisfied. I ordered a steak bowl extra white rice, pinto bean, diced tomato pico, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce and cheese. If the bowl had 1/2 inch of rice on the bottom i'd be surprised. There was so much sour cream on it that is all you could taste, I had no choice but to throw it all away! This was the first time ordering at this location and the last.

    Absolute worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Ordered pickup for 6:20. Still here 18 minutes later and they still haven’t even started making my order yet. Go somewhere else.

    The older woman in front of me got pretty upset and tore apart her burrito and threw it on the counter even though everyone was being super patient with her. I just thought the employees did a good job holding it down and taking care of the situation, especially the manager.
