- EPEbony PeakeMar 30, 20261.0I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Donatos Pizza. My order was completely wrong — I ordered pepperoni, sausage, and banana peppers, and it came with no sausage, barely any sauce, and the pizza was burnt. I called to have it fixed, and they told me to come back and they would remake it. I was on my lunch break, but I went back anyway. When I got there, they refused to remake the pizza after already telling me they would. This is completely unacceptable. Not only did they mess up the order, but they wasted my time and showed zero accountability. Terrible service and very unprofessional. I won’t be returning.

The only thing I wish is to be able to custom order a small pizza as im a single truck Driver and do not need a large. But the small pizza i did get was very good. Love thin crust and oh so flavorful. The wings were a little small but that's on the company you order from, not you. Will definitely order from you again everytime im in town.

Didn't feel comfortable even in my own car waiting at the drive thru which I assume took longer because obviously the employees weren't exactly on top of making food. I've always loved this location but the past several months the have really gone down hill especially in the evenings. Hope it gets back to normal soon.
