  This Wendy Is so unsanitary lobby looks dirty It’s a thing you look at and lose your appetite Burgers are no good . yall need to do something about this Bathrooms are so nasty. and they say Bathrooms are other service and they’re not You need to check this place down It’s disgusting🤮🤮 seats from lobby are Teared open. I don’t know how they’re still in business.

  This place is a dump. They said the bathrooms were out of order. How do you run a restaurant with no bathrooms? You can't even wash your hands after you touch the filth in this place. The food was okay the service was good. The carpet was filthy and the floor was sticky. Definitely would not come here if you don't have to.

  The food was ok but to wait in a line 30 min to order your food is rediculous this is supposed to be fast food not when ever you decide to make a order. You guys a are a joke. Must be in there slaughtering chickens sad sad sad

  Abhorrent, I live right down the road and order here semi often and I haven't had bad experiences per say, it's fast food so my expectations aren't that high. Tonight I placed an order and when I pulled up no one said anything over the speaker, so I pulled up thinking maybe it was broken, 2 workers appear from the back and the girl opens the window looking flushed, and I say sorry I wasn't sure if the speaker was broken or something, I just have a mobile order, she says, sorry we're closed due to staffing....... she told me to just cancel my order. The lights were on, there was no indication of it being closed, there's no doubt in my mind that her and the other worker were in the back getting nasty. I'll never go here again and I hope other people see this review and choose the cleveland street location because 🤢 apparently workers choose when they feel like doing their job serving people or serving themselves here, hard pass.
