  I ordered online, made it to the drive thru for pick up. One of the individuals at the window said there was no nacho fries and would give me a replacement item. Then she took another 5 mins to finish my order while I'm waiting at the window for her to give me my food and it was still missing the replacement item that was offered since they said they can't do refunds on mobile order. I was checking my food and was telling her that I was missing part of my food for her to close the drive thru window in the middle of me speaking. Terrible customer service. Then she took another 2-3 mins to come back to the window, where I proceeded to tell her that I was talking to her when she closed the window. That was another 2-3 mins for her to get the missing item. I was also given a small drink instead of the medium I ordered, but at the point I was just done with this location. Its awful, will not be returning to this one.

  Whoever is working breakfast on 04/19 good service and I think I just had the best tasting breakfast I’ve ever had from Taco Bell. And the different items were labeled which was nice. Great Job!

  I will NEVER return to this Taco Bell, I ordered a chicken nugget luxe box, a chipotle chicken wrap, and a chicken avocado stacker, I would have ordered a jalapeño honey mustard chicken slider but it was not available on the menu despite having all the ingredients for it. My 5 chicken nuggets were the first problem, instead of nuggets I got 10-11 tiny fried pieces of breading with no chicken in them absolutely inedible, my large nacho fries ended up getting mixed up with loaded fiesta potatoes (not even close guys), and last but not least all of my modifications besides sour cream got “overlooked” the service was slow(for how rushed they seemed to have been with this order) I was also never asked if I wanted sauces nor were they included in the bag.

  I absolutely give this location all the stars!!!!!! The black lady who I think 🤔 is the manager has to be the kindest person I've ever met, staff is so nice and welcoming. Food is always right and great!!! 😃

  Waited 38 minutes for food to dine in. Gave the location another chance and waited 20 minutes on a take out order. Avoid this location for another.
