  I waited 40 minutes after ordering (45 total) to get my food. There was a long period of time during that wait that there were no other cars at either window. I try to give service workers the benefit of the doubt and be fair, but when I finally got the food I mentioned I'd been waiting 40 minutes and the woman at the drive through was rude and hardly apologetic. Her response to my complaint was "good bye!" and she slammed the window shut. Once we opened the food at home we had multiple items missing. It takes a lot for me to write a bad food review – this was genuinely one of the worst food experiences I've had in a long time.

  This place is always soooooo slow. They are severely understaffed or something because waiting time is minimum 15 minutes. I will say the food comes out well.

  First about 2 weeks ago after waiting more than 10 minutes without moving we got out of line and went to Wendy’s. After we left Wendy’s and drove back past rally’s the car that was in front of us was still in line but did move up a space. Two days ago we decided to try again and after waiting in line around 15 minutes we got our order and what a disappointment. I ordered a double cheeseburger and the burger patties are not the ones they used to have. These patties looked like fake smash burger patties but were only about a 1/4” thick and looked like White Castle ones. And I think I got about 6or8 fries in the bag with my order. That and just looking into the drive thru window you can see the place is a pig pen now. Will never return here again which is sad because you used to be one of my favorite places to go.

  This was absolutely worst experience of online order. i will never go again. 1. There are two sides which is complete nonsense. The doordash and online order pick up is useless if you don't service them . I accidently went to the ordering side to be told to go on the other side why? I literally watched 5 cars get serviced plus the car on the online side. I placed my order on doordash due to the deliver being pushed 2 times i went to go pick it up. i didnt want to be charged for something i didnt get. I waited 30 mins on top of the 40 mins i waited for a delivery. Complete disregard from the staff i sat at the window 10 mins (after 20 mins behind another car)while my order wss waiting the whole time. I saw 5 ppl be serviced after i waited at tht online window. I ALSO DIDNT GET CHEESECAKEBITES. THE solution tell doordash it was unavailable i dont know how this works im not a dasher . I asked just for some pies to make it right. Oh ill give you a pie. 1 pie lol 1.50 to make up for the 479 i paid for them .The girls working were not working too hard refilling there own cups while i sit and wait for an order sitting next to the window the entire time i was sitting there no one came w my orderbut my order was there only 10 mins i was told.. fries were broken pieces not even a full fry. Never again 😒
