  Sat in drive thru for 30min 2nd car from window lady in front of me only ordered a drink "30min to fill an order with only a drink unacceptable

  Did an online order. Waited over 15min for a kidsmeal. Went inside and they didnt even acknowledge anyone upfront. The drive thru line was faster than ordering online.

  The food is usually ok, but expect to miss your first child being born, their first day of school, their graduation, and their wedding while waiting in this drive thru line. I've felt myself go through the process of evolution while waiting for the line to move. If you decide to eat here, cancel all of your plans for the day.

  I tried the new arch burger and it was disgusting the white cheese was hard and not melted, the sauce is the same sauce they put on the big Mac except no relish in it and it was sour to taste it I had to scrape it off, the bun was stale and hard around the edges and the two hamburger patties were so dry I could’ve used them for “Skeet shooting” I actually became physically ill and had diarrhea DO NOT GET THIS BURGER It was so bad that I can’t bring myself to go to the McDonald’s anymore.

  Worst service ever the manager was absolutely disgusting tonight. It’s 9:20 March 19 I mean she look like she just crawled out Of a rock and I mean that literally like she smoked one. I waited five minutes before anybody came on the intercom patiently for them to ask me to pull off with my autistic grandson that was throwing a fit in the car for his cheeseburger. Absolutely will not buy again on Broad Street in Elyria the most disgusting disrespectful disgraceful you would’ve thought they owned the joint the way that they talk to people is not your family friends or anybody. I wouldn’t take a bum off the street. They couldn’t pay me to eat here that manager should be fired. Then I called back. She repeatedly cursed at me, then declined all my calls when I asked for her name and told her I was calling corporate she kept hanging up on me so we went to Burger King and was treated amazing. The food was hot. Service was great now I know why their line is out into the street Good Job Burger King. You rule We had our way! McDonald’s your days are over
