  This is my local go-to Wendy's. But this place is absolutely disgusting. Everytime I came here the food was disgusting. I came here and order cheesy fries. The fries was drenched in salt, it made it impossible to eat but when I ate my sandwich it gave me a massive stomach ache a little after I have eaten it. Speaking of fries everytime I ordered fries it would either be cold like a freezer or as hot as inside a oven. I never got a perfect meal without having something missing. I'm utterly surprised that it always have a big line. When I speak on the speaker aswell they would tell us to hold on everytime and doesn't come back for like 3 minutes and sometimes for longer. Or when I speak into it they don't say anything at all for a long time. When I went into the wendy's I except the inside to be cozy. But the place was empty and outdated. The seats were broken and cracked and the tables had crumbs all over it. They're were stains on the walls, floors, and even on the seats. I couldn't even imagined what the bathroom looked like but my mother claimed it was disgusting and had to wiped the seat and put toilet paper on it. And the drinks don't even taste like the original drink. When I order a sprite it had barely ice in it or have a lot of ice and barely any sprite and the sprite didn't even taste like sprite. But everytime I ate here it gave me a headache so I hesitate when I order here for my family. This place is disgusting and outdated and those fries are 110% left out for hours. I bet mondo burger is better than this place.

  I had one of the worst fast food experiences ever at this Wendy’s location. I placed and paid for my order through the official Wendy’s app. When I arrived, they told me my order was an “old order” and just flat-out refused to prepare it. No explanation, no apology, no effort to make it right — just a dismissive attitude. To make things worse, the phone number listed in the app didn’t work, so I had no way to reach out to anyone for help or support. The staff offered zero assistance, and I essentially paid for food I never received. This is unacceptable. If your location accepts online orders, then you need to honor them. Period. If not, take the option off the app or get your systems in order. I left frustrated, hungry, and out the money I paid. Completely unprofessional and a total failure in customer service. Avoid this location unless you want to gamble on whether or not you’ll actually get what you paid for.

  This place is a dump and absolutely filthy. I hope the kitchen is cleaner then the rest of the place.
