    Dirty restaurant. Floors glass doors, windows, carpet, kitchen. I observed one of the employees grab an uncooked breaded item with her bare hands (no tongs?). When I asked about the validation code on the back of the receipt, not one employee knew about the code. The parking lot was dirty with trash. I won’t be visiting this establishment.

    I gave order at speaker and they replied but I could not hear them because of a car out on the highway. Asked three times what they said and there was no response. I pulled around to the window and the guy there told me they did not get my order and I had to drive around the building and go to the speaker again instead of just taking the order at the window. No other people were at he location at the time. They were rude and unaccommodating! Special thanks to the rude and un-helpful manager "Q" although i doubt that was his real name. He is the type with the Manager power trip attitude. The restaurant is run down and ill kept. Order sign has no screen and the menu board has florescent bulbs showing instead of a menu. The best I can say is disgusting. Corporate needs to remodel the building and the sad excuse for a crew!!

    I have this coupon that works once a week for every week for 1 free chicken sandwich any kind and when I went to this Wendy’s and they didn’t give me the chicken sandwich because it was spice. I have went to a bunch of different Wendy’s and they gave me all times of different kinds of chicken sandwich’s and they refused to give me the chicken sandwich for free. I’m never going back to this Wendy’s

    I’d like to know what’s the sense in taking an order if the employees do not follow them. Of course I wasn’t given a receipt to prove what I ordered, but you had no problem taking my money. The restaurant outside was filthy. I can’t even imagine when it looked like inside and luckily I didn’t get any mayonnaise on my sandwich because I wouldn’t have had napkins to wipe my face with absolutely horrible. ending this on a good note my pop tasted good of course that comes from a fountain can’t really mess that up I guess.

    Went here around 8:45pm to get a dinner cause my gf and I were running around all day and didn’t wanna cook, anyways food was alright cold oddly but food is food. As we drove thru the drive in to place our order it was quick only issue was I couldn’t finish saying one or two words without getting cut off but it is what it is, went to go pay asked for a receipt prior to paying just in case they don’t print it I always just give them the heads up, they told me they are unable to give me my receipt I asked why they said printer was down and I carried on, they handed me the bag of food and then got the window slammed in my face was told to have a good day! Passive aggressive a bit, parked in the parking lot looking for my card thought I lost it so I locked my card. The dine in times said open till 10pm both doors were locked drove back around asked for my card they said they tryed to run it but it declined, yes it’s because I thought I lost it so I locked it I explained they said “you’ll get away with it this time” brother you handed me my food before charging my card that’s a you problem anyways I kept pushing them to re-run my card since I unlocked it for them and they kept saying you’ll get away with it this time. Anyways got my card back and a free meal so can’t complain to much but big take away is next time charge the persons card before handing them there food and trying to blame them?
