  Cleveland Street Elyria Wendy's. Evelyn the manager was very rude and unprofessional. She refuse to take my order for 30 baconators saying it stresses her out. I've never been so disrespected in my life. The sandwiches were for hard working people on overtime. I took my business down the road to McDonald's weer they appreciated the business and were respectful. Thanks still love Wendy's Don

  DO NOT GO HERE. Never gets our order right. Always gives us a vanilla Frosty instead of chocolate even though we always order chocolate. When we called to complain after multiple different orders being wrong and having already been extremely patient, whoever was on staff had taken the phone off the hook for several hours and I couldn't get through to anyone. I'm smart enough to know to call it shift change so I did so and lo and behold someone actually picked up. The manager on duty said that they would get the message to the general manager. I called back several weeks later, never having heard from The general manager. They told me that now she was out of town. I asked for their franchise owners information after several requests. I spoke to a woman there who said it was unacceptable the amount of times we've had issues. She said she would call me back later that day. It has now been SEVERAL MONTHS. Mind you, we didn't ask for refunds for all of the orders that we had documented proof of, we just asked for a refund for the about $20 order that we had placed that day that we had called. Now let me be very clear about the issues in our order, there was no one in the store, there was one person who pulled into the drive-thru after my order was already ready, and there were at least six kids goofing off standing around not doing their job not double-checking my orders or anything. My order is wrong not because the store was busy but because the staff is lazy.
