Apparently humans can't help you inside with that. So 2 to 3 humans are inside to literally just make food and hand it out. The drive through is more of the same. Talking to an A.I. virtual assistant. If it is too stupid to take the order then and only the can you get a human to help with orders. Tech garbage has completely ruined this place like many others and the food is terrible. Shells, meat, etc. have clearly been changed to save money for CEO pockets. Really sad what greed has turned it into.

Customer service and order accuracy is top notch compared to other Taco Bell’s. This is my go to location no matter where I am.

Knowing the staff works long nights I tipped the staff $20 and my order was completely wrong 😕 the apparent aroma of marijuana coming out of the drive-thru window apparently was the issue of my order being wrong.. maybe I should have smoked to make my order taste a lot better than what I got LOL
