It cost $10 to grab two sandwiches and they're not even right. I've had crunch wraps before and they're delicious but mine was lacking any sauce and it tasted horrible. Yes I ate it and it filled me up but I paid $5 for it. I think it should made right. I was very disappointed and I won't be back for a while.

Great service recovery skills, has a guest first mindset. Hoping to see more of his shifts. My first lunch visit to this Taco Bell was disappointing. Food quality was garbage because the manager was too concerned about going to smoke with the crew. Staffing changed entirely and food quality trended up. Service continues to be lacking. I understand this location has staffing and retention issues but it's a little off putting when the manager won't even acknowledge people who have to stand at the counter because of issues with their kiosk orders.

- CCCjquin88Oct 28, 20251.0I have been here several times and each time they are rude, unprofessional, they somehow always get my order wrong in some way shape or form (EVERY TIME). There has been plenty of times were they are not busy at all, waited an extended amount of time and have received cold food. Funny how fast food workers demand more pay and give the same terrible service.
