  I placed the order for 8:30 PM pick up and wasn’t able to get there because my app told me to go to a different store asked if they can fix the order because they had it in the cooler still instead of canceling the order and refunding it like they’re supposed to. They just kept it into a cooler for the next day, which is weird and gross like who’s going to take that? It’s been sitting for over eight hours. That’s disgusting. They refuse to refund they refuse to remake. I spoke to some lady and I don’t know if she’s the manager or not but if she can’t even follow Subway®’s own policies, she don’t need to work there. Also, they marked it as picked up, even though it was never picked up, which is fraud. I have disputed it with my card company. If they don’t give my money back, I will dispute with the Attorney General of Ohio as fraud because you marked something as picked up by the customer, even though it was not. then you refuse to refund as well as remake which is theft so that would be theft in a fraud against you.

  This location is the most exceptional subway of them all. It surpasses many other locations in the surrounding area. Their service is always on point, friendly, helpful, clean, organized and hospitable. This location has always been consistent in every aspect. If you haven't had good experiences at subways, then you haven't come to this location. Please give it a try!

  Best Subway in the area! The ingredients are always fresh and the staff are always very nice. They always make a great sandwich!

  I've been coming to this subway for years and I've never had a sandwich I didn't like. The workers are the best around and I know the food is going to be fresh and the space is going to be spotless!
