I called the store, the staff acted indifferent to my complaint and wouldn't give the number to the corporate headquarters due to it being a "private" number. I will never go back to that particular subway store again.

Do own a franchise restaurant if your not going to make the sandwich the right way, your giving subway a bad name. So now I only go to she subway on 4th street by puffers.. they do it right and their toppings are always fresh.
