As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    Spend $40 last night and immediately after me and my girlfriend started getting really bad sick throwing up the burgers was ice cold and the fries and the fries and mozzarella sticks had a weird bad coating on them and taste and the chicken tasted weird when asked for a refund on DoorDash it was declined something needs to happen

    December 30th at 9:30 pmAs I’m here door dashing, guy was super rude. Made us drive around to the other window, then never even came to help. We had to knock on the window to even get attention. No long line just us- he was on his phone and drinking juice

    We ordered online, and still waited almost an HOUR for our food! The staff were on their phones and joking around. Our food was cold and the double cheeseburger didn't remotely like the picture. Never again!

    The drive-thru windows are disgusting never clean them makes you wonder what's inside that's not clean.. the wait in drive-thru is way too long. Location is in a very compact area not the greatest.

    We ordered 4 apple pies a mushroom Swiss burger and a baconzilla burger, the mushroom burger was ice cold the baconzilla was just a double cheese burger no bacon at all and it was so cold the cheese didn't even melt and we also had a large fries the container was not even half full. They made us pull to the other widow and there was no other customers there still took 15 minutes to get it all wrong. This place is awful!!!!!!
