  So, I ordered a pizza and cheese sticks. The delivery driver got it to me on time, even though it was a literal blizzard out! That was great! But, when I opened my pizza, my pizza was correct but they gave me bread sticks instead of cheese sticks (the box sticker even said cheese sticks...). So I call the store and spoke to a very pleasant lady who gave me the choice of either getting a correction sent out, but it would take 45 minutes to an hour, or she could credit my account. I wasn't going to wait for the cheese sticks, nor would I want to cause someone to drive in that weather again, so I chose the credit. She informed me she'd credit me for the whole order. I don't know if this meant a refund (I would have expected her to say that), so I assumed it would be credited in points on my account, but no idea... Either way, I have seen no such credit and I'm a bit ticked about it. All I see, in terms of points, is what I earned from the order and then turned into 'dough bucks' or whatever it's called. But that is just from the points I already have, and regardless, if it wasn't, I don't think 15 points is enough of a credit... Especially because the bread sticks are terrible. Nothing against how they're made, I just don't like them, like, put some seasoning or something on them... If I wanted just straight bread I'd get a loaf out ... Besides, they only give you enough sauce for 1 or 2 dips, then your just eating straight bread that is no different than what I use for PB&j... Anyway, I digress... Overall, long story short ..too late... The driver was amazing, the lady on the phone was pleasant, but the order was messed up and the resolution never happened.... So... Not really feeling too good about this papa johns right now... If they fix the mistake, I'll change the star and edit the review... But more than likely, without resolution, I won't be ordering pizza from here again...

  What a disaster! I ordered and had two pizza bowls delivered.They didn't bother to even cook the food it seems. I received a platter full of raw onions and green peppers under just barely melted cheese. I ordered extra sauce. Where was the sauce? Instead it was swimming in water from the raw vegetables. Disgusting! My mistake was not getting Marcos Pizza bowl. They actually cook the food and are really good. I thought I'd give Papa Johns a try. NEVER AGAIN! I called the store and just got an insincere sorry about that. If I weren't so tired from working all day, I would have taken them back up to the store. It's getting harder and harder to find just mediocre quality in fast food but this was a disaster! At least cook the damn food for goodness sake. I could of just got a raw onion and green pepper and had it for dinner because I didn't receive much better than that!!!

  Pizza is so good, and so is the pepper they put in the box. Also got wings, Chipotle and naked or plain or whatever they call them, annnd very good too, and don't pass on the knots either. They have great offers and specials.

  Ordered buffalo wings, they came plain. They forgot our pop. Also, oreos do not come with icong, as advertised. When i called to get our issues resolved, the manager was RUDE and didn't care that THEY messed up.
