- MKMadison Kocsis-RamosDec 28, 20251.0I rarely write reviews but I’m so over this Panera. Every time I go I am met with rude staff, food is never done on time, and my order is always incorrect. This evening I ordered in the app around 5:30PM and set my pickup time for 7:30PM. Got there when my food was due to be done, but wasn’t even started once I arrived. I decided to go in and wait for it. Staff was loud and obnoxious in the kitchen and just glanced at me, didn’t ask if I had an order or anything. I shrugged it off and waited. Food was finally done at 7:40PM, 10 minutes after it was supposed to be complete. Worker that packaged my food threw my food onto the counter, glanced at me, then walked away without saying anything. I get home to eat and half of my order is wrong. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but it will definitely be the last. Do yourself a favor and just skip over this location, it’s not worth your time.

I've been laid off and my wife just had been in the hospital for seizures. She bit her tounge real bad and all she could eat was soups so you guys were the first place we went to while it was snowing. Well they forgot our latte but fixed it at the window and gave us a cookie it was just a nice positive interaction on a day that literally felt like our world was ending. (out of broccoli, almost out of chicken also judging by the lack of chicken and noodle) A smokehouse with onion No bread bowl One of the employees was in the kitchen talking about “this one girl who tried to get me fired” to another employee? Yeesh I’ll stick to north ridgeville Panera this place SUCKS
