I made on online order to pick up in the drive thru, went through line no problem but got told I park in a spot to wait for food....no worries, but I waited for 15 minutes and all the cars behind me were served no problem. I finally went in and had to yell in the back because customer service is non existent anymore, and they make me wait 5 more minutes. All for a quarter pounder apparently. So it takes 20 minutes to cook a burger. To top it off the manager didnt even apologize for the wait.

Stopped there last night, waited a long time in a short line, ordered a mcdouble and some fries,pulled off and looked at my food, the only thing in the bag was a big mac,went back through the line told them this is not what I ordered, was asked to pull up so they could correct the problem, when I received my food it was a single cheeseburger and some cold fries, instead of dealing with them a 3rd time, I just said forget it, I will never return, how can you mess up a SIMPLE order twice...lost a customer.

This is a fast store with a friendly staff. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a pain. However the food is hot.

They got a little scam going on... 2/5/26 @ 2:30am paid cash and only gave me bills back no change then she tried to act like she didnt see me waiting. She then left the area... but I didnt leave so finally she came back and asked if I needed something. I said yeah the rest of my change. She then said "oh we aint got no change" then she acted stupid about it but finally opened the drawer and got the rest of my change. I think the manager is in on it... these employees nees to be investigated because this was deliberate and obviously orchestrated. It wasn't just a few cents... and the change was right there in the drive through register. Can't eat my food either with worry they got mad and did something to it because I called her out on it.
