  Really disappointed with my order from Jimmy John’s. My sandwich looked like it was made by a 5-year-old — ingredients uneven, barely put together, and just sloppy overall. For the price, I expected way better quality control. If I wanted a poorly made sub, I could’ve just gone to Subway.

  First time customer.great staff had the 3 cheese ham melt with pesto salad .it was so good I went back again the next for the same thing.

  I like Jimmy John's. This is my local one. And to their credit, they have never botched MY order, and always deliver quickly. But my daughter always wants a Slim #6. An established menu item. The one with just cheese on it. But absolutely every time, whether we order online or drive through, they somehow mess up her order and put more than just cheese on it. Even when I select the menu item that only comes with cheese. Even when I verbally specify "The Slim 6, the one with only cheese on it". Sometimes there's meat. Sometimes there's vegetables. But they have not once gotten it right on the first try, and I always have to either go in or call the store for a replacement.

  It's a Jimmy John's with a drive through window. The bread is seemingly going downhill at all jj's it was a bit hard. Great service though :)
