  The food is usually pretty good if you get the right order they usually mix up at least one of the sandwiches with one from a different order

  I got a giant gargantuan, which I have gotten many times from this location toasted For whatever reason, the employees that are currently working today, could not toast my sandwich kept saying they could not do. It is too big. There is too much meat and I said I have always had a toasted. I am not sure. Could you just please put it in there and toast it the sandwich sucked not toasted. I feel that I wasted my money. My associate with that was with me asked for a giant sandwich and received the regular. He had to go back and ask for the rest of his sandwich. There was probably 5 to 8 employees in there and I was really trying to understand what that many people were doing when they were dead. It was a very interesting crew to say the least. Not sure if I’ll return I’m really not happy that I didn’t toast my sandwich. It’s the little things in life.

  Always get the best service at this Jimmy John’s and the sandwiches are perfect. Especially the chicken bacon ranch, love it.

  They take your order on line, after waiting for an hour I called them and they told me they don't have delivery drivers. So they tell me they will send it through Uber. I waited for another half hour. I canceled my order due to poor delivery service. This is not the first time that this has happened. If you can't delivery food in a timely fashion you should not take delivery orders. I always get great service from other JJ locations bu not this one.
