  I go to Dunkin every single day, this one more so on the weekends when I am off work or drop by before I head into the office. Every single time my frozen CARAMEL coffee is made completely different and wrong with EXTRA caramel I’m being charged for. For one, the prices here are at least $1 more than any other location I go to, the munchkins are always hard and stale (yuck), and why is it my frozen coffee is never frozen majority liquid thin like water. There should be no reason you can see the coffee sitting on the bottom half and the top half is a different color. Like are you guys using coffee that was made last week, or giving me one that’s been sitting there for the last hour? And they are always busy and beyond SLOW! I place my order at least 5-10mins before I get there because I know how slow they are and if they have other orders okay that’s fine. But I’ll go to the drive through to sit for an additional 20+ minutes and they still don’t have my order or it tastes like crap or wrong! The only reason I keep giving this location a chance is because it’s close to home and I rather support my local area than to keep giving business to another city/owner. But the way my order is always messed up I will kindly take the 10 extra minute drive and go to Abbe or even Ridgeville. The staff is normally okay, not sure if they’re not trained correctly or if they are having them not make the orders up to full standards to cut on costs. Regardless, every time I visit my order is never made out of love and tastes like garbage and it’s very disappointing for how expensive this adds up to. Only reason this location is getting 1 star is because I can’t put 0 on there, and the location is convenient which is the only positive thing about it. I hate talking down on local businesses, but this is very upsetting I spend at least $10/day at Dunkin….. and why should my breakfast wrap always have to be hard! Nobody wants to eat that not even my dogs…. DO BETTER!!!!!!

  Wait times are ridiculous every day, employees are on phones and just chatting constantly and the food is never made right. This place sucks. If another Dunkin was closer I would just go to that one.

  If I could give zero stars i would, I've been here before and it's typically 3 star, today i pulled in only car in drive through so I'm assuming it'll be quick and easy. Wrong idea, the coffees were wrong my wife had zero mocha in her mocha caramel, I ordered their new shaking cold foam mocha espresso, looks nothing like the picture or tastes like it's described, the staff extremely slow and rude. The has browns tasted old and stale, the donuts were decent, but definitely not fresh. This place is a joke, but when you forget to set the coffee maker...next time go across the street to speedway get a coffee which is decent and a Krispy Kreme which is better. DO BETTER DUNKIN STOP PAYING HAS BEEN CELEBS ON A COMMERCIAL AND TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!

  Service was fast—I placed my order and got it almost instantly. Everything was good, and the hash browns were my favorite.

  Literally the worst Dunkin ever. They take forever, everyone has an horrible attitude, and they never make the drinks properly. Drive the extra few mins to the abbe rd location, you’ll thank me.
