Seems like each time I go through there are new employees, and their attitude is worse than the ones that were there before them. I work in customer service, I understand it's not a fun job. If you're going to have a crappy attitude, you should at least be able to make the orders correctly. Today I ordered a half dozen donuts, specifically picked out on the app, when I got my box two of the six donuts were correct and the other four were wrong. To their credit, they did fix it, and two of them showed up incorrectly on the order, but the other two were just outright wrong. It would be nice to have some staff there that cares, or at least gets paid well enough to pretend to care. I love Dunkin and their coffee, but I think I'm going to have to start going back to the Abbe road location because I'm tired of the way this one always seems to turn out.

I tell them I’ve been waiting 20 minutes at the window they say “sometimes we forget about that window, sorry girl”. And my food had been sitting there.
