Food was Disgusting & disappointing. First they got my order wrong, then I found a hair in my pizza. The manager I spoke to was gonna give me food until I told him to forget it, I want my money back!! The manager then gave the phone to a guy or girl tbh I cldnt tell the difference. Who was very rude may I add, very disrespectful. The person said they was gonna listen to the call I had with the young lady that took my order who got it completely wrong. Go ahead LISTEN to it, I hope they Do, that way they can feel stupid!! Yes I’m pist I lost out on money & the person I spoke to was literally calling me a liar. I’m too grown to lie, especially about this bullshit. $42 dollars gone! NEVER AGAIN will I order from them! HORRIBLE.

Customer service is solid for issues. We used to be apart of the Sheffield location though which somehow consistently had orders to us faster and hotter despite this dominos being quicker to walk to then drive to... this is after 3-4 delivery attempts.

We ordered a pizza and Cheesesteak sandwich last Sunday around 5:15 PM. APP stated 30-35 min for delivery. We didn’t receive the food until around 6:20 PM ….an hour later ! We had asked for “Robust” sauce and the pizza barely had any sauce on it and was burnt in most places! The sandwich and pizza both were even barely warm! I called the store 5-10 min after we realized the food was not good (that was at 6:28 PM) I spoke to a lady who stated that there would be a credit put into the account for next time. I asked her how that worked and she stated to just call and the system would have the information. She never offered to remake the food. So now it’s going on one hour and a half since we ordered food and now we had to make dinner and then finally get to eat 2+ hours after we placed the order!
I called the store yesterday around 4PM and spoke to a different lady who stated there was nothing in the account for a credit ?!? She said she could not do anything and that the owner would be in with an hour and a half and they would call me back. She stated that you had to call in problems within 24 hours…well, I did ! I called 10 minutes after we got the horrible food! Guess what? No one called and now it’s 24ish hours after that and still no one has called! I just don’t understand how no one has called back to handle this situation. We have ordered Domino’s from other locations and have never had a problem!
This is unfortunately a bad experience for us with your new location.
Simply put - you got my money (including tip) and I got food I had to throw away!!!

Check your order before you leave if pick up, forgot twice to add hot sauce to my spice chicken one, besides that was good

Their customer service at this location is phenomenal. Best Domino's I've ever been to. They are a little understaffed, but they deliver with top quality food, care, fast and fresh guaranteed Everytime. I'm so happy this location opened up so close to home which makes getting the best pizza faster and more convenient.
