We were sat fairly fast given menus and waited for over 20 minutes for not a soul to come get drinks or anything. We had enough time to figure out drinks, apps and main courses. After doing that we sat and waited, made eye contact with every server that passed us but not one did or said anything. When we finally got fed up and gathered our things the servers still said and did nothing. I made a statement about how long we waited and the only response I got was "nobody said anything to me." As a past server and someone who believes in great customer service, this place disappointed me beyond belief. Do not patron this place, it's a waste of time. Really sucks cause I wanted to help my daughter's school.

It was Halloween and there were only 4 other customers when I arrived. I was the only one at the bar. The cheesesteak was dry, had more bread than filling. The onion rings were good, just not a lot. The bartender got my drink order quickly but it took about 15 minutes to take my food order. This Bdubs has some work to do.
