  This location puts the BDUBS name to shame. Haven’t had it in awhile, had hubby order it for dinner and pick it up on his way home (we live a half hour away) he gets home with it and they gave me the complete wrong flavor of wings. I called and explained I was not driving back 30min but if they could give me new tomorrow my hubby could pick them up after work I would greatly appreciate it. The manager was very accommodating until my hubby got there after work the next day and the guy never even put it in so we had to wait another 30min on what was supposed to be them fixing their mistake. Hire better people or move locations. Will never order from this location again

  Whent thier last night with my family, the worst experience I ever had!! they definitely whent down hill compare to how it was last year.they gave us dirty silverware and our waiter took for ever geting back to the table so I asked a waiter passing by for new silverware. I KIDD YOU NOT !they rinced off the dirty silverware and brought it back to us wet and all. SO DISSCUSSING!!. we didn't finsh much of our food took it to go waited for wat it seemed like for ever to get our check.they weren't too busy..was gonna talk to a gm but he was busy with another customer and I just wanted out of that place it was so discussing tables where stick.the food wasn't to bad. it was just our waiter I get it we all have our bad days but when your waiting on others you fake it the end of your shift... I just can't belive how it whent down hill use to be a go to for our family at least once a month but definitely wont be coming back.miss the people that use to be there they mad you fell comfortable and always asked how our food was or if we needed any drinks..

  I ordered the buffalo chicken dip, it came out with a hard lump of cheese on top which u had to cut thru it I complained to the manager her response was “sorry because u already ate into it there’s nothing I can do about it” which all I requested was to be remade without cheese…. Poor Management!!!!

  This is only the 2nd time I've ever left a review at any restaurant. Very annoyed that once ordering our food, it took over an hour to get it. When it was finally brought to the table I didn't get my cheese curds or bleu cheese dressing for the wings. Had to go to the bar to tell them. No napkins or silverware either, had to ask. Took 10 minutes to get the dressing. Not happy that I had to wait that long to enjoy my wings while they were hot. When the cheese curds came they were hot and good. Put in a takeout order, and only had to wait 15 minutes opposed to over an hour for dine-in. Will not go back to this location. Went to the North Olmsted location right before Christmas and the food AND service was amazing. Elyria really needs to step-up their game....big time.

  Let me start by saying I am a long time customer and rewards member. My husband and I travel all over the United States for our job and we always google the nearest BW3 for dinner drinks and to rack up our rewards points. The service and food is always phenomenal. Last night I placed a pickup order at the Elyria Ohio location. I had planned on cashing in some rewards and grabbing dinner to take back home. I called in placed an order for 20 Boneless wings and pretzel bites. I told Ari on the phone I will be using reward points for my wings. She assured me this was fine and that they would use the points towards my order upon pickup. When I arrived to pickup my food there were 8 people gathered around the pickup station waiting to pickup food which is fine it’s a Friday night. So I go to the bar have a drink and inform the bartender of my order. When my order is ready she leads me to the register to cash out. I inform her of my rewards points and conversation with the worker who took my order she says ok and has me log into my app and go to the rewards screen she then takes my phone and clicks on redeem 20 bone in wings herself. I tell her that my wings are boneless and that’s the incorrect button. She goes to grab Jeanette the manager who seems already frustrated prior to our interaction. She tells me that the pretzel knots were taken off my bill for rewards already and I cannot redeem wings anyway and offers to take $10 off my bill and give me free pretzel knots not correcting the mistake that was made by her employee which resulted in 3,200 points taken off my account . I refuse and tell her I want to use my points towards my wings which I told the woman who originally took my order over the phone and I was assured it was no problem. She continues to offer $10 off and free knots which I refuse as it is not what I was promised on the phone. So I tell her to forget the pretzel knots and just give me the wings with my rewards since she says “you cannot pick and choose what your rewards go to when multiple items are ordered” She tells me since points were already applied incorrectly by her employee she cannot use my rewards towards my current order . So I tell her to just cancel my entire order and refund my my rewards points seeing as I was told I can use them by the employee who took my order over the phone and then having employee make a mistake when redeeming my points upon cashing out to the manager being rude and of no assistance. Needless to say I left hungry with no food and completely dissatisfied and frustrated for the first time ever at from BW3. You called and offered me 20 free boneless wings after my disappointing visit 2 weeks ago.. I placed my order 2 hours ago at 3:30pm for 5:30pm pickup I’m still waiting for my order at 5:45pm… The store isn’t busy and there are 5 other people here waiting for to go orders … I’m assuming my order was forgotten because surely 2 hours is a sufficient amount of time to have 20 boneless wings ready :-( It is now 5:58pm and I am still standing at the pickup counter with 4 other customers waiting for my order. The hostess came out and apologized saying the cook is backed up on an order placed 2 hours prior?! Everyone in the lobby is complaining saying this happens every time and a couple people have been standing here 15 minutes and have not even asked their name for their pickup order. Just received my order at 6:03pm after standing in the lobby for 38 minutes not impressed.
