    Restaurant was dirty. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes without anyone taking my order. Placed an online order then and waited another 30 minutes and had to ask worker if it was ready since while standing at the mobile order window not a single worker approached me.

    We have been coming here for years for our ice cream cakes for special occasions (among the occasional food/ice cream run). I can’t say how impressed I was with my son’s 5th birthday cake! The design was literal perfection. Thank you so much!!!

    Service has really gone down hill at this location. Literally the past three times I've came the person taking the ordered sounded like they had an attitude and dreaded being there. Window person is more worried about goofing off with the rest of the crew. This is also the second time my blizzard has not been made the way I ordered it. I get it's just fast food but I work hard for my money for my food to always be not made the way I order it and for the workers to always have an attitude. Definitely will be taking a break from visiting this location for awhile.

    The line can sometimes be long but it is definitely worth the wait the food is always hot the people are always nice and polite 10 out of 10
