  I ordered dinner for through bdubs delivery on their website. I placed this ordered at 7:46pm. My time continues to change. Then my delivery goes from 8:40pm- 9:44pm. I call the restaurant wanting to know what. The girl on the phone was super kind but the manager was dismissive and RUDE! Wouldn’t even come to the phone and handle the situation. He told the young lady to tell me they mixed up my order and i needed to call dpprdash. It’s 10:15pm and my food STILL ISN’T COMPLETED. Horrible service!

  We waited nearly an hour for our food and for that entire time we didn't see our waitress even for drinks. We have smaller children and all of them were stretched to their limits. I finally got up and caught a waitress and asked when our food would be ready. Nobody knew. About ten minutes later it came out but it was cold. I think we were totally forgotten until I said something. We also saw a large party come in. They were seated but nobody came to even get their drinks. After about 15 minutes of being ignored they just got up and left. We won't be returning to this location.

  Firstly I wanna talk about the service !!! Amazing !!!!! 10/10 🙏🏻😊. Rachel is the sweetest person that we met over there , My brother and I had such a great experience at Bdubs thanks to Rachel! Ever since she served us, we’ve been coming back every week because her service is truly outstanding, she’s always friendly, attentive, and makes us feel so welcome👏🏻. On top of that, the food is always sooo yummy 🤤 , which makes the whole experience even better. We’d definitely recommend everyone to visit, and honestly, Bdubs should genuinely consider giving Rachel a raise because she absolutely deserves it!!

  I'm not sure if it was because we showed up on a Wednesday or if it was because it was 5:30pm but we stood in line for about 15 to 20 minutes and when we were finally sat we sat there up to 1 hour. Our waitress near in tears was running back and forth and had no help from anyone else working there. Needless to say we ended up going to the buffalo wild wings in north olmsted. Hopefully management in Elyria bdubs either hires more people or schedules more competently
