- BAbecky Alder1 day ago1.0We were served, but the service just wasn't up to par. This was at the Eaton, Ohio store. We ordered a pizza with extra sauce and got one with no sauce and when asked for a cup of sauce and to explain to the server that we got the pizza with no sauce he walked away before we could explain to him why we needed it. The pizza just wasn't right without the sauce on it. Yes, we should have had them make another one, but just didn't want to deal with it and wait so just dipped it in the cup of sauce. We also ordered a sub that was supposed to have dressing on it and a pickle spear and I got neither and had to ask for that and again the server acted like we were bothering him. Then when he brought the bill we asked for a to go cup and a box and when he came back all I got was the to go cup. Had to go get my own box. We won't be going back anytime soon.

Our food was good, although we waited a long time. Several people gave up and left. This location is always short staffed. Would not recommend this restaurant unless something changes with management and staffing.
