Twice while ordering through the app for table side (in the play place) our order has been either "misplaced" or we waited over 40 minutes for our order. Going through the drive thru the last 5 times I've been pulled "waiting on a frappe" the wait time is consistently over 40 minutes. The inside is always dirty. I get it, it's a busy store, but talking with other customers this is a CONSTANT occurrence. If it wasn't the only McDonald's within a reasonable driving distance, this store would not have the business it does, and it seems they take advantage of that.

Not exactly convenient when you are driving 8 hours one way for a work trip. I would skip this place and go to bk or Wendy's, they are both nearby.

When I asked about the drinks they told me to go to the counter which had a long line and get the cups from her to get my own. All they were worried about was door dash and the drive through. If your a customer inside you may as well plan on waiting. And the kiosks are a joke. That's where I ordered from and they never got it Worse McDonald's ever..Rather onto richmond or oxford
