  Sat in the drive line for 23 minutes just to get an awful iced coffee. The wife's pissed so now I am too

  I've attempted this Dunkin twice now. The first time I went, was around 6:30 in the morning. I posted a mobile order to be able to swing through and grab it on the way to work. There were only a few cars ahead of me in the drive thru line. I sat and waited for over 20 minutes, eventually having to pull out of line without my items. (This was after 2 cars ahead of me ALSO pulled out of line). I attempted to call the location after to ask for a refund to my card and nobody would answer the phone. Just cut it as a loss and moved on. Family and I went several weeks later and got donut holes, and ordered them "assorted". We got 2 flavors. We ordered iced caramel macchiatos and the drinks had no milk, no caramel and tasted like burnt coffee. Sadly, not worth the money to come to this location.

  I absolutely love Dunkin’ Donuts and have spent probably $200 to $300 since this store has opened because it’s close to home. However they have the rudest worker I have ever come across in any food service. He goes by the name of Dom and he is really rude. He’ll leave you at the counter. He’ll leave you at the drive-through window and he has an attitude every time he talks. He’s just nasty all of the girls there though are absolutely wonderful especially their shift manager. I think her name is Jenessa.

  Not even open a month and every visit something is wrong... Be prepared for overpriced microwaved food in portion sizes fit for a toddler, mediocre beverages IF made correctly, not completely full and lukewarm black coffee. Shy clear and support the ladies at Knob Creek and Blue Sky for GOOD local coffee.

  Three times i’ve gone through the drive thru, I was at the window first and I waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order, just for them to take the order of the car that just pulled up so that I have to wait even longer. Do not go through the drive-if you have somewhere to be.
