What a disappointment this Italian
Sandwich was! Never again! Hubby loved his white Mac and cheese. Now $4.19 price for a 1/2cup was crazy!

An elderly lady came in ordered and got her food before we got there while we were in line she come back up and told them she only got one of two sandwiches she ordered. the manager told her she only payed for one and was told she had to wait for the line to go down before she could pay for another one. instead of taking care of her then. There was 5 families in front of us no one let her in and more coming after us when we got up to order we told her to go in front of us.she was then told she had to wait by the cashier. we told the casher to take care of her.
We thought it was vary rude of them to make her stand there while her food got cold before they made it right
Not that my opinion mean anything but they should of taken care of her before or right after the current customer. She was a paying customer and should be treated as one.
I'm not saying the cashier screwed up her order but she did get my name wrong on the receipt even though I spelled it for her and it was a bit noisy in there
