  Rude staff, food they often forget to microwave all the way, and occasionally, they just randomly decide to shut their kitchen down with no rhyme or reason on when they decide to do this. And if you ask them, what the hours to their kitchen are, if you get an answer at all, it will be a rude and condescending one.

  Great new place close to home. All the staff are upbeat and hard working. Glad to see a dunkin in a small town. Thx Dunkin in Eaton !!!

  Donuts are always same so no issue with donuts. Staff was not very friendly. We ordered a dozen variety donuts and they rolled their eyes and seemed bothered that they had to reach for different donuts. Drinks were very plain and didn't taste good. Was not busy so could have taken their time to ensure Drinks were made properly. Not impressed at all. Not sure I will return.

  I love the refreshers from here and I work in town so I have been stopping in often to pick one up. I always order thru the app and pick up at drive thru. The drive thru service takes sooooo long. I have waited (a couple times) 20 mins. I don't understand what takes so long. They are incredibly friendly however. You have daylight donuts right up the street for the food. The cost of their donuts at Dunkin is crazy. When I order a refresher next time from this location I guess I will try going inside and see if that is faster. Normally their parking spots are full though.
