As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    I picked up an online order. The order was not correct. The fries were old and cold. And I felt like I was bothering the people who were working. I won't be back.

    Prices are so good they reflect what you get: Dry, old and cold burgers that have been sitting in open air for fair too long. Used to love this place but they've struck out far too consistently to warrant a vouch. The building/kitchen has overstayed its welcome. Eat at your own risk.

    My order was taken I was told to park and they would bring my food out 45 minutes later still no food and they are playing with their friend and giving them food. When I drove around to the drive through window the lady said oh I'm making your food now, I told her no give me my money bank and then I had to wait another 5 minutes for that, I'll never go there again

    They need to change their hours on the web page. If you're open until 11:00 put 11:00 not 2:00 a.m. so I called up there earlier and they said they close at 11:00. The kitchen does. They don't make no sense to have it open till 2:00. Think that falls down to Gallagher of false advertisement
