As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
This location always gives me hot crispy fries which I love. It's a change of pace from the other fast food restaurants. The Big Buford combo always hit the spot.

You know, I live Rally’s and have for 30 years or more. The food for me has always been outstanding. Most of the time the staff is great, the last time? Not so much. I didn’t get my fries and had to go back around and get in line again and then wait for 2 cars. The guy sees me from the window and when it’s my turn before I can say anything he says “large fry?”. He knew. He knew and couldn’t bring them out to me. By the time I got home the two fish sandwiches were room temp and I only live 3 miles away. Also, does anyone ever maintain the fountain drink machine? Does anyone there know what CO2 is? I have stopped ordering drinks because they’ve been flat the last half dozen times or so. I have been coming to this same location on Vine street for years. It took a lot for me to even say this. I believe everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt, but when it becomes consistent it scares me to think the only location practical for me won’t survive. Be better or you won’t have to worry about it much longer. For every ONE person that tries to help, 20 won’t come back.

Lady was so rude at drive thru lane...rushing me and sounding very irritated. She may have been new because someone had to come help her with my order. When I got to the window, the window was closed and I heard her talking about me saying "Who asks for a Rally's burger? No one has done that since 1992." When she opened the window, I told her that I didn't know it hadn't been called a Rally's burger since 1992...Instead of her apologizing, she shakes her head and says no, its not called that (with an attitude)...
I don't know who hires these people. Unacceptable behavior...

The late night crew needs some work. Guy at the window - attitude. Another guy - was on his phone the entire time. And, only one guy was actually working and cooking. The other two should be replaced.

2 fish sandwiches for late lent dinner. Delivery was quick. The shift manager Marquez was kind, pleasant and attentive. Took the time for a little quick conversation while I was waiting for my food. Food was fresh. Best service I ever received at Rallys. Well done
