As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
Numerous customers reported issues with food quality, including cold, old, and improperly cooked items, leading to severe food poisoning in some cases.

Went to Rally's nearby (first time I went) during a snow storm. Service was good, food great for the price (2 cheeseburgers for total of $4.80!) I did drive thru so no idea on the atmosphere.

I picked up an online order. The order was not correct. The fries were old and cold. And I felt like I was bothering the people who were working. I won't be back.

Prices are so good they reflect what you get: Dry, old and cold burgers that have been sitting in open air for fair too long. Used to love this place but they've struck out far too consistently to warrant a vouch. The building/kitchen has overstayed its welcome. Eat at your own risk.
