They were out but never taken off the portals, apps, or even door dash. I have been trying for 2 days to get a refund with NO luck what so ever. Im in mngt.. and to keep my customers and not get a negative review i help them in any way possible!! That is what customer service is. I do not frequent this location but when I do there seems to be an issue every time. Im waving the flag at this point amd wont be returning after my refund is issued!

Due to long wait, I backed up and parked. I assumed it would be quicker to just run in since I only needed a gift card. Upon entering, there was no one in line. Just me. There was an employee who walked past me multiple times. I definitely understand being busy this time of year; but to not even be acknowledged. I mean a simple ‘I’ll be with you as soon as I can.’ I mean nothing. Like purposeful no eye contact. I left and went right across the street to Tim Hortans where I had a gift card in hand within 1 minute from arriving with a pleasant employee to greet me. I am just horrified by the customer service at Calcutta Dunkin!
