    At 10:15 pm 11/09/25 drive thru order for two regular hot chocolates. One beverage was hot chocolate. The other was light chocolate colored hot water. I was on the way to work so could not turn around for further wait time to have it returned. This was the most expensive cup of hot water I have ever had

    I'm not sure what happened here. When they get busy or under pressure, some of them just aren't good at making drinks. I put in a mobile order and when I got to the window the girl offered me someone else's order. After I told her my name she gave me the two drinks I ordered. Mine was simple and easy 1 Lg Iced Mocha, 4 Liquid Sugar and 4 Cream. My other drink was a Triple Frozen Mocha, I order these often so I know what it should be. My Iced coffee could have used more mocha, still it was okay and I drank it. My triple frozen mocha was not good, not at all!! 10$ later and I should have went back in. Hardly any mocha and no dusting on the top. I'm Glad I didn't order the candy One for my friend.

    The worst place ever to go. I waited at the counter to be waited on for almost 6 minutes. Finally another person walks in behind me and the employee asks if he needs anything. Like I was really not just standing there waiting patiently. I walked out the girl said have a nice . I turned around and said it would have been nice to be waited on. I will never come back here.

    I’ve never experienced witnessing a manager be so rude and disrespectful to her workers until coming here. It was tough to witness and I won’t subject myself to that again.
