This place is utter trash. If you're walking around the Bridge Park area, go to Local Cantina if you want to watch the big game. If you're just from around the area, go to Yogi's on Frantz Rd or Hard Rd. Yogi's is everything that this place is not. Firstly, the atmosphere at Urban's is sterile, lacks any character, and is reminiscent of a Hard Rock Cafe or Planet Hollywood - all hype, and no substance. But they managed to get a prime location in the Bridge Park location so by default, they will get traffic. Secondly, the service is trash. The servers are unfriendly, rude, and will do the bare minimum. Thirdly, they are cheap. No - not the prices - they are super overpriced and minimal portions, but they are cheap. Here's a great example: during football season last year, they ended the only reason any sane, rational person would ever patronize their restaurant: their Thursday 75-cent wing night, citing the "rising food prices" - now, perhaps they could have been patron-focused and kept it going through football season (nope) or simply changed it to dollar-wing night (nope) or at the very least, not kept it posted on their website for two weeks after they had ended it (nope). Also nevermind that Yogi's (a place which is always packed because they actually understand what customer service is) is currently doing dollar-wing days Sunday, Monday, and daily after 9PM despite the supposed "rising food prices". Hmm weird. The focus is never on the patron; it's about doing the bare minimum and relying on name recognition. Urban's is pure trash; literally go anywhere else.

If I could give this zero stars I could, especially for service. We didnt even get to try the food because the hostess kept lying to us. I put our name in at 530, it was a call ahead and she was super nice & we were looking forward to this as we are in from cincinnati visiting friends in columbus & attending an OSU game. It was an hour wait so no big deal, I check with her regarding our wait and she said it could be 30 to 45 more minutes, that was frustrating itself, as we have kids needing to eat, but we made the best of it and went to pins. 45 minutes past and still no text, we check in and with her rude attitude and says I have no where for your party of 8. Really? So you wasted all this time when we could have found somewhere else. No apology, nothing. We saw tables not being cleaned up. The hostess didnt even try. I will never attempt to eat here again & urban Meyer should be embarrassed by his staff.

We have been here a couple of times to get some appetizers. This time we ordered the ahi tuna tacos and the short rib nachos. The place itself is a typical sports bar with large TVs. It is relatively loud but that is probably because of the acoustics in the restaurant and the fact that it is a sports bar. This time, we had to wait a few minutes but then got a table. The food itself was okay. The short rib nachos needed more cheese but besides that were okay. The tuna tacos were also just okay. The tuna was good but we weren't a big fan of the wonton and the rest of the taco filling were mid. We have had the Mac and cheese here before which is pretty good. So is the arancini.

Stopped in around 4:00 on a Saturday. We sat at the bar and were greeted rather promptly by the bartender and she returned with our drinks pretty quickly and said she'd give us a couple of minutes to look at the menu. After she input our food order, that was the end of service from her. A runner brought our food. Bartender never asked how it was or if we needed anything. Getting her attention to tab out took some effort too. No way did service deserve the 25% default tip the POS handheld suggested.
