  Stupid slow service, pick up time was 17 minutes late.. no one came and assisted for at least 8 minutes.. God awful experience, their call center support in Mexico is no better, they do not fix issues at all, worst customer service all around, the order was sloppily prepared.. definitely not going back to this clown show ever again.

  The staff was very unfriendly. After waiting for 15 minutes in line, I was told the system was down 2 hours before they were supposed to close with no food. Their service is terrible and customer service is rude. Never go here.

  I keep ordering from here on DoorDash and every single time I feel like everything I order is ALL LETTUCE and two pieces of chicken!!! Like the audacity to charge $9 for a Crunchwrap supreme with lettuce and 2 pieces of chicken and one bite of sour cream!!!! I am pissed because this is happening consistently!!! Like what are you supposed to do if you wanna eat a normal Crunchwrap?!?! Make one yourself at home !! Screw taco ball

  Afternoon staff are THE BEST!! I have gone to this location 2x for lunch and has truly been perfect. The cashier was lovely, they nailed the food and are quick. I go to different taco bells more than I want to admit, I will now drive past others to go here. Many shitty taco bells in Columbus. Go to Tuttle and you won't regret it.
