- ESEmmanuela SlobodyanyukApr 15, 20261.0Worst employee, the employees were looking at each other as my mom with her broken foot asked them to fill her cup all the way, they both smiled and looked at each other, I spoke with the manger she’s on the employee side, I will be reaching out to cooperate on this issue and won’t let this go, As someone who worked with customer service, our number one was customer satisfaction but apparently them filling up more coffee Would of put them out of business, I will never come back to this place and will spread the word around about this place to go else where

The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, but what makes it truly special is the kindness of the staff. On our most recent visit, we were greeted by a woman with the warmest smile who was incredibly friendly and genuine. We later learned she was the owner! That level of care and hospitality says so much about this place. The coffee is wonderful, the environment is inviting, and the people make you feel like family. It has become a special stop for us every time we are in Dublin. Highly recommend!
- ASAndrew StrojinMar 9, 20261.0Google says that Sweetwater is a pet friendly location. They do not allow dogs in shop. Can’t speak on the coffee. We were turned away. I appreciate the feedback. Google claimed you were a “pet forward”cafe so we were a bit confused. No quite sure what that means. I am a new dog owner trying to learn the ropes. It would have helped if the staff informed us that we were welcome on the patio with our dog. Thanks Again
