  I usually go to Papa John’s for their pizza, and honestly, their thin crust is one of the better ones among the big chains. That’s my go-to every time and it’s consistently good. Today I decided to try one of their newer items—the sandwich. I ordered the steak and mushroom, but ended up getting a Philly cheesesteak instead. They did offer to remake it, but I didn’t have time, so I just kept it and they gave me a refund, which I appreciated. As for the sandwich itself, it was okay but not really for me. It was pretty salty—maybe from the cheese—and a bit oily. The bread was soft, which I liked, but I wasn’t a fan of the crunchy onions and green peppers. That said, the staff and manager at this location are always kind and easy to work with, which goes a long way. I’ll definitely be back—but sticking with the thin crust pizza next time.

  I just wanted to give a shout out to this location. I unexpectedly had to work super late and this location was one of only a few restaurants still open. I put in my order about 40 minutes before the store closed. They waited for the driver to pick up the food before locking up for the night. I was so hungry and this pizza literally saved me from eating vending machine food all night. Thank you-thank you-thank you. I highly recommend this pizza restaurant. Returning customer for sure!

  I have given this location too many chances. You order extra cheese, you get less than a normal amount. The consistency and quality is lacking. You can go to any other location and the pizza is made correct. I order well done, on a slow day, and they never do it. Tonight I ordered a Shaw-o-roni. You can see in the image, there are pieces of pizza with almost no cheese on it. The price for this pizza, you think they would get it right, I would have been better off ordering a normal large pep pizza. I would defiantly recommend driving to the sawmill road location. This is not the first time this location shorts you on the cheese, let alone their crust is beyond flat and not fluffy like other locations. This store differently needs corporate chefs to come correct their issues.

  Tried to order pizza for our babysitter while my wife and I were on a date night. An hour after it was supposed to be delivered, tried calling for a status update and they kept putting me on hold. Was never able to speak to anybody and pizza was never delivered.

  Terrible service. Almost everytime i have ordered from this place there is something always going wrong. Either not having thw product or just forgetting it all together in the delivery. I would never recommend this papa johns to anybody
