  Come here for kids meals from time to time. They forgot the BBQ sauce with the chicken nuggets AGAIN even after I specifically asked them not to forget it, since they have a habbit of doing so. They also included 2 cartons of fries in one box and no apples, not ideal for a kids meal. Quality control for orders leaving the store is completely absent.

  Terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The service is awful—staff completely ignore customers waiting at the front like no one cares. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order, which is ridiculous for fast food. The milkshake machine wasn’t working, but they didn’t even bother telling me until I asked. On top of that, the location on maps is wrong, making it even more frustrating to find. Poor management, zero communication, and a total waste of time. Definitely not coming back.

  Don't try to order curbside here, as the app won't submit your spot number and will make you go through the drive thru or go inside to pick up your order. Has happened multiple times over several months

  Everytime we go to this McDonalds our order is some how messed. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers today with only cheese and ketchup, they of course have everything on them. The fries and nuggets were cold and just tasted old. Honestly if you want good, correct food, I would go anywhere else. There’s a large likely chance that they will either give you the wrong thing or the quality will not be good. We live within a mile of this location and we will no longer be going here and giving them our money. Also- McDonald’s “customer service” please don’t comment on this like oh please reach out regarding this issue. I have reached out SEVERAL times to your customer service regarding this specific McDonalds Location, nothing has changed and no resolution is ever given, it’s a waste of time to reach out to the customer service. Only thing to do at this point is not go here anymore..

  I never usually have major issues with the food. I don’t expect much from it, it’s McDonald’s. However, the staff’s behavior is another story. There were some polite and professional employees working here when this location first started operating but the last two times I used the drive-thru, the young lady at the second window (that usually gives people their orders) was so rude. She starts making really rude faces and sort of rolling her eyes the moment I take a second or so longer to get my order from her. I wait for her to get my order and it takes her about 10 minutes, and I say nothing nor do I give her attitude. But I take a second or so longer to collect it from her because I wasn’t constantly looking at the drive-thru window or I needed to put an item away before grabbing for the rest of the order and she acts like I just wasted a whole bunch of her time and I’m inconveniencing her. Honestly, this kind of unnecessary and outright ridiculous behavior I’ve been witnessing from employees almost everywhere I go has GOT TO STOP. Businesses need to STOP hiring rude and immature people to occupy the positions of professional and mature adults. ENOUGH! Can’t seem to avoid these types of people because they keep getting hired and no one seems to train or penalize them accordingly, and they never seem to get replaced no matter how bad their conduct gets. My gosh, no one above the age range of mid teen years should be pulling faces or being rude in any other way. Too many employees act like the spoiled brats they are at home and think they can do whatever they want at work. NO, YOU CAN’T.
