  The only good thing was the arch burger. The drive thru was backed up, the lobby was locked, even though there were people eating inside, so I went to the curbside pickup. I placed my order and waited. After 15 minutes, I called the store--no one picked up. I called again--still nothing. So I went in the drive thru. After about 5 more minutes, I told them the situation. I asked them to make sure the food was fresh. Got to the window, got my food. I asked them why the lobby was closed. They said they were short-staffed. Got home - fries were cold and stale. This is poor management. I should have just canceled my order.

  Paid more extra and didn’t get it and I been place the order and they just started making it when they seen me come in
