I've gone to this location for years, but today was the last time. Food quality and service has gone downhill quick. You now have to talk to AI to order because they don't want to pay an employee. They have a sign saying they round the price down to the nearest nickel if you pay cash, but they round your change down instead and argue when you call them out. I don't care if it's a few cents, do that enough and it adds up. They also won't give you a receipt so you could fill out the feedback form, but I guess that's fine since there are stll plenty of good restaurants in this area to go to instead.

The hamburger patty was pink and inedible. The chicken strips were okay, but come on, I think a 5 year old could have made sure that the burger meat was the right color before serving to customers to eat.

Wow, I am shocked. From a small mishap about the wrong SAUCE, I was met with two workers who I believe both manage this location and they escalated the situation and environment. Instead of kindly switching out the sauces, both me and another were met with disrespect and poor attitudes. I went back to my car to bring in the food and the worker who I was initially talked to walked away and ignored me. Another worker handed over sauces and apologized, we started walking away and the employee was angrily saying we needed to give her the other sauce. Horrible customer service, OVER SAUCE. Managers should be trained to deal with quick fixes like this and de-escalation techniques. Other co-workers were apologizing for the behavior of the woman. Even Tim Hortons apologized. No receipt given either so I cannot reply to customer service. Do not recommend going or asking for help with a messed up order.

I asked if my drink could be mixed but they advised that it was too much to squirm a squirrel of a different flavor in the lemonade and they didnt give me a straw ro be funny. I will never go back to this Wendys.
