I don't normally get on these but I had just pulled into ohio, stopped at this wendys and I've nvr been greeted by the worst employee ever... she really doesn't need to be there if she hates her job that much...Ihope your day gets better miserable employee :(

Poor quality assurance! Baked potato- cold, dry, and missing butter, sour cream, and fork to eat it! Didn't matter about fork,too disgusting to eat. On top of that didn't supply straw for drink. Need to make sure to supply condiments and straws. Service 101.

I stopped into this Wendy's for lunch today and ordered a combo meal that included nuggets. The nuggets were soft, soggy, and a little cold. They seemed as if they had been cooked earlier in the day then microwaved when I ordered them. A very nice older gentleman was working behind the counter named Don worked his way across the restaurant asking people 'how their day was going and how their food and service was'. When he got to me I gave him the "so-so" hand signal. I let him know that the majority of the food was just fine but the nuggets were subpar. He apologized and we had a little bit of a conversation before he made his way to the next table. A few minutes later he came back with some fresh crispy nuggets. He did not have to do that, and I really appreciate his dedication to good customer service and customer satisfaction. I think Don went above and beyond today and I really appreciate him and his commitment to quality.

I ask for extra onion every time I go there and they never honor the request. They put the sticker on there so you think that they did it just to not do it. I suggest checking your order before leaving the restaurant because the people making the food genuinely take pride and get happiness from messing up your order intentionally. It’s happened the last 4 times I’ve gone there. There’s no consequences or accountability if you fill out a survey about it or report it to headquarters.

Worst experience of my life, I am SO NICE, and I’ve never ever been YELLED at by a person working in fast food and this lady with red hair was absolutely terrible. Lost my appetite for wendy’s for a while that’s for sure, all over her mistake, charging me for a frosty I didn’t want. I kindly asked her to just remove it and she started yelling at me, people like this shouldn’t have jobs.
