When asked for my refund, was told all app purchases and refunds run through their main office. After reaching out to them, they passed the buck back to this franchise owner who would not respond. Wendy’s at one time was the gold standard, but their quality and attention to customer service has dropped off significantly the past year. There are too many options available to spend my money and I caution against spending your money here too. They just don’t give a damn anymore.
