  What a terrible experience. It was not busy at all. Maybe 15 people in there. 1st the waitress took 10 minutes to ask if we wanted anything to drink. Then took another 10 minutes to get us a drink. She was walking around and wouldnt take our order. She chose to start clearing off the table next to us, rather than take our order. I politely said, we are ready to order. She said, "what do you guys want". I said, Id like the salmon. She said-we are out of salmon. So I stated I wanted the Mahi. She asked my mom and brother what they would like, and they ordered a pizza. She walked away without saying a word. Then about 5 minutes later, she walked by (also never finished cleaning the table next to us) I asked her for a refill. She grabbed my cup off the table... Again not a word. She brought the tea back... Then about 15 minutes later, she comes up to us and says.. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but our pizza oven in down. She said you guys can leave, sorry. Drinks are on the house. As we left....she went to the table in front of us, and said- Ill grt your pizza in right away. Then she looked dead at me. What a disgusting display of service. We will never be back.

  Had fish and chips. Fries were excellent! White fish was extremely LAME! Way too small for the price. Gold fish small.

  Great food and great atmosphere, however the way the customer service structure is set up is a little odd, they don't have simple stations at each door for someone to be stationed so that when people walk in they get service, it's literally like a free for all where you basically seat your self and just hope that one of the young adults who seem to be more about serving their social networking or their emotional state instead of serving the customers, sees you and sees you need help or you have to chase one down and hope you get service unless you are at the bar which seems to be the main focus, structure is for sure something that is lacking here when it comes to customer service and I wonder if they even designate certain areas to certain servers at all or if they just pick and choose who they wanna serve and get tips from which overall is what my first impression was meaning that if your not at the bar spending hundreds on drinks or come with a large group then good luck especially if it's just you or just the two of you like it was in my situation, I mean they could atleast post signs to guide people or something, but the food and atmosphere is top shelf, provided you don't have a Uber or door dash order setting on shelf getting cold because you have no clue where to pick up the order or you walk in set down and it takes 45 minutes before any server notices your there and actually comes to see if you wanna order, there was a Uber driver standing at door for 20 minutes completely clueless to where the orders were to be picked up and I had to advise my server that the man was waiting because we set just inside the door and I noticed him pacing and looking up and down from his phone SMH, but again the food is amazing truly and the atmosphere is that of a tavern/sports bar which is its designation after all between the hrs of 7pm to 12am on a Friday night almost always and this isn't a bad thing but if your not someone who is use to this type of atmosphere, my advice is do your research to know what to expect and how to go about things in this environment otherwise you might be In for a bit of a culture shock, and if your wanting a family day out for lunch or dinner this is to a great location and atmosphere for this just choose your seating location wisely and be sure that your server is well aware of you being there and that this is your goal in mind especially if you have children with you and they do have area's for exactly this in the restaurant, but it's a good place, just has servers who lack proper focus requirements for doing their jobs correctly and the right way, oh and parking can be a nightmare because it is a small street location and there's a lot of newer businesses all around it that are great spots and are always busy so good luck with this unless you don't mind walking a bit and in this case u'll be just fine.
