I went in and purchased a coffee for myself. And I asked if I could purchase a hot cup of water and a paper cup so that I can give it to my friend to warm her hands. The gentleman at the register seemed like he didn’t know what to do. Then what appeared to be a manager lady came over and said they couldn’t do that. I said I just wanna buy a cup of hot water like you would serve a teabag in with tea or something so that I can let my friend warm their hands. They said we can either charge you for a coffee or not we can’t sell any drink drinks without drinks in the cup. I said I just want a cup of hot water you can charge me for the cup and the water. They said they couldn’t do it and refused. Absolutely mind-boggling that there was no workaround for this request and they were quite snarky about their responses. This is not Customer Service and I will never go here again.

Muffins were fresh and service was quick. Atmosphere is bright and clean & is a good spot for a visit with a friend or studying.

It’s not loud so you can talk comfortably. Lots of drink variety. Great people watching area)) big windows .
