- JRJessie RichardsOct 19, 20252.0I’m allergic to a lot of ingredients in common condiments… I don’t expect zero cross-contamination, but not cleaning the knife between subs and dragging the tops of sauces over subs with no sauce is a little excessive. I’m aware that I didn’t lead with the allergy, but I would hope most people wouldn’t make zero effort to keep separate sandwiches separate. She was super apologetic over getting a little oregano on another persons sub, but didn’t clock that she just contaminated a sub earlier and dragged a dirty knife on the top of it. Picking up pieces from other bins is also a little weird to me, but whatever, my throat is only a little tingly. Again, I’m aware there can’t be zero cross-contamination, but the bare minimum isn’t hard.
