    This review is not specific to this location but this location falls in line with it. Panera’s food quality has gone down hill. Their pastries have been hit the hardest. The flavor is lacking and tend to be dry. Not a fan anymore.

    I visit other nearby Panera Bread locations pretty often, and I usually have a good experience — but unfortunately, today at this location was nothing like that. I ordered just a simple bagel — nothing complicated. I got an “Order is ready” notification and went to the counter right away, but my food wasn’t there. Meanwhile, customers who ordered after me were getting theirs first. When I asked, I was told to wait, and more orders kept coming out for others. It really felt like mine was ignored. And when I finally received it, the butter I requested still wasn’t included. The bagel itself was fine (+1 star!), but good food doesn’t make up for poor service. I hope this was just a one-time mistake and not what this location intends to offer customers.
