If you place a pickup order be prepared to wait. I've been here several times and every time it's at least a 5-minute wait.

We went thru drive thru on January 3 2026 at approximately 1:55 pm. I would give the receipt number but we were not given one by the rude girl collecting money! We were given no napkins no thank you no nothing! Food prices increase service gets worse. Food quality is poor, not at just this location but several. I can't even tell you the amount we paid because we never got a total!

Didn't want to stop here because of the poor service we have received in the past, but after a long day of travel we stopped in at 8:30 on a Sunday evening. There was no one in the drive through and no one at the counter inside. As we pulled up to the speaker we were asked to wait for a few seconds. After waiting we decided to leave and as we drove around we stopped at the window to see what was going on and the employee was standing there on their phone. Decided to stop in Marysville instead.
