When I pulled up and showed them the order on the phone, the lady at the first window asked for my phone, resubmitted the order to make it go through twice now, and by the time I got to the second window, they claimed that I didn't order the drink that clearly was on the order. I have never had such issues with the mobile app.

This has happened multiple times not to just myself but my brother and sister on different occasions. It’s okay to make mistakes but rolling eyes about it and arguing about it is not ok. - IDIan DixonDec 28, 20251.0I went at 1:30, there were 4 staff members total, including the manager. I started out in drive thru. They pulled me forward and I waited. And kept waiting. After 20 minutes I went in. I waited 5 minutes before I was acknowledged, and 10 more to get 2 sandwiches. The manager told me that the GM had said to call off staff. I got back to my car and 1 of my sandwiches was wrong. I left at that point.
