  Interesting experience I think the guys name was saw ? I was in line the other night and the line was going so slow not realizing this gentleman was sexually harassing the woman in front of me clearly, the employees of this company are very different….

  Made an order online and scheduled it for 11:45am. (Order was pre scheduled at 7:48am) At 11:50am, I made my way to the drop off location at my office and nothing had arrived. I waited a few minutes and had to get back to work. I checked again before calling at around 12:20pm. The order was there, but the order instructions were not followed which unfortunately for me is inedible due to dietary restrictions. I called the store and was greeted by a very kind gentleman. He unfortunately didn’t mention his name, but helped me in any way he could. I opted for a credit on the food because of time restrictions. He mentioned he would try to get a redelivery plus credit but the manager disapproved the redelivery. The only positive about this experience was the extremely kind man I spoke with. I likely will not be using the credit as I won’t be reordering from JJs.

  Placed an order for pickup and it truly was the best Jimmy John’s sandwich I’ve ever had. Whoever made the veggie sub today should be studied for making the perfect sandwich.

  Great food but the fact they ask for a tip when you come in to make a order is outrageous makes no sense
