- ALAlex LeBlancJan 16, 20261.0I am a delivery app courier and had a pickup order for Matt. A middle age man with a gruff voice maybe mid 50s came out and was very cold to me because I had a bag. The app tells me when a store requires a pizza bag, so whoever set up this store's doordash did it wrong because it didn't tell me I needed a bag. I spent 15 minutes driving to the store and got no pay because I couldn't deliver the order because I didn't have a bag even though donatos didn't inform me that I needed a bag until I got there. If donatos wants their customers to get their order in a timely manner they need to either shut down doordash as an option or set it up correctly. And at the very least the old man I dealt with could have been a little bit nicer. I know food service workers hate doordashers. I'm a food service worker myself but I'm just trying to make an honest living and you guys treated me like trash.

The manager, Melissa, took all of our orders in such a friendly manner and apologized for the wait which was really not long. The orders were delivered to our tables by other friendly employees. The food was accurate and delicious. Thank you Donatos and Melissa!

- HNHannah NothNov 3, 20255.0I never leave reviews but our experience here was nothing short of outstanding. We ate in the dining room which was large and very clean. The pizza was delicious. We ordered an extra pizza while we were there and they upsized it for free. We also stayed for awhile and had seven rambunctious children in our party and they came out and gave each of them free Cheryl’s cookies with extra to spare. Truly went above and beyond. We’ll be back!
