  I went to go pick up an order. Miss Tracy, it says assistant manager on her name tag was very rude. I didn’t even get to ask or say my name for the order that I’m picking up. She just said not you! Very rudely. I went to ask again. She shook her head and said no. I waited about five minutes or so and my order was sitting there the entire time. This is not customer service. She is very, very rude and not only to me, but to every person that was waiting for their order

  Irvin is the best employee ever . He is always smiling and extremely polite. Only go here because of him!

  They only had 3 people working during the dinner shift and those 3 people did absolutely amazing.

  We ordered food using a coupon. There was some issue with it but they figured it out so it was good. We ordered a reuben, curly fries, cheese sticks and two diet cokes. Everything was hot and fresh. It was good until biting into a bone/or piece of wood inside my sandwich.
