- DLDana LewisOct 12, 20242.0Made an online order, got there before pick up time indicated. Watched several people walk in and out and cars go through dive through while I waited. App indicated my order was ready so I went in. No oder was on the pick up rack and no employees were acknowledge me so I got in line after 10 minutes I got to the front and simply said I had an online order. The girl growled back "well we are kinda busy here". I explained it said it was ready in the app. She said the have no control over the app. I just requested a refund at this point because they would not take ownership in ignoring my order and being hostile form the start. I understand being busy and would have been fine with the oversite if they would have been honest and gracious about it.
